The ‘luxurious’ accommodation (not a hut more of a cottage with central heating!) is booked once again, for this always popular trip.

17th Nov
HRFC Annual Dinner
This year we will be at home, and the Horntye Park Sports Complex has been booked. The club has used this venue in the past, ’02, ’03 and ’04 to be precise, and it has proved a thoroughly enjoyable evening on each occasion. As at previous events the club will be organising some after dinner entertainment.
Put this date in your diaries!
In next months newsletter will be a menu to choose from and a booking form. It is anticipated that the cost will be in the order of £20 per head.

HRFC Trip to Scotland
Following this year’s trip to Glencoe, requests were received from several club members for a return to Ardmair Point. Responding, as ever to customer demand, 4 of the luxurious, seaside chalets have been booked. A total of 20 people can be accommodated. (Dogs are also welcome.)

Ardmair is approximately 2 miles north of Ullapool, with access to the spectacular Assynt and Coigach areas.
Dates booked are from Saturday 2nd February to Saturday 9th February 2008.

Cost per person will be £70. (Note: Electricity will be charged on meter readings at the end of the week.)
Complete the attached reply slip, plus deposit of £25 to secure your place. (Cheques payable to Hastings Rock and Fell Club please.)

As always this trip will be one of the most popular events on our calendar so early so book now to avoid disappointment
